BT-832S		 This product incorporates patented technology, utilizing an anaerobic bacteria filter box and a 1+1 filtration technique to create a biofiltration oil-water separator. The bio balls in the system allow cutting fluids to pass through from the top, introducing more oxygen bacteria and effectively removing harmful substances from the water. The patented spiral design is adjustable to accommodate the varying levels of floating oil in different types of cutting fluids. This design ensures optimal separation between oil and water, preventing excessive water discharge or the inability to remove floating oil. The drawer-style design allows for flexibility in meeting customer requirements by enabling the replacement of different filter materials.
BT-808 The BT-808 is equipped with two filter cartridges that significantly reduce impurities in the oil. The first filter cartridge is made of stainless steel and can effectively filter out iron chips and other impurities from the oil-water mixture. The second filter cartridge consists of five layers of filter screens that effectively remove hair debris. It achieves a high oil-water separation rate of up to 98%. This extends the lifespan of cutting fluids and tools while enhancing machining precision. The product is characterized by its zero-fault and zero-consumable features, reducing maintenance and acquisition costs. It also reduces raw material costs and environmental pollution in the workplace while lowering waste disposal expenses and preventing secondary pollution.
