Berutox M 21 KN impresses with its excellent temperature consistency, corrosion protection, and wear protection. BECHEM High-Lub LT 2 EP, an extreme-pressure lubricating grease, is engineered for rolling and sliding bearings as well as lubrication of machinery and equipment in the steel industry. Additionally, synthetic oils are ideal for oil and gas lubrication systems.

In the coking process, coal is pressed into coke after entering the coke oven at over a thousand degrees and then cooled. For the pressing machines used, we recommend using the Berulit GA series to lubricate and provide wear resistance and extended service life. In the sintering process, a series of mixing, baking, and crushing operations are performed in the sintering plant to form sintered products. The use of sintering machines, like the sintering strand cars, must withstand heat and dust. Therefore, we suggest using Berutox FH 28 KN for sintering strand car bearings, Berutox M 21 KN for slide rails, and BECHEM High-Lub FA 50 MO for heavy-duty bearings.

High-speed and impact loads can occasionally occur in hot rolling and cold rolling processes.
